Custom & Personalized Items: Orders for custom or personalized baby clothing may take 3-5 business days to process before shipping.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping:
- Delivery within 5-3-5 business days (after processing).
- Available for most areas in the uk.
Next day Shipping before 11am:
- Delivery within 1-2 business days (after processing).
- Available for select locations.
Click and collect:
- Collect from store next day (please check opening hours)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather, and other unforeseen factors. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow your package’s journey.

3. Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: £3.99 (Free for orders over £50)
Next day Shipping: £8.99 (Free over £100)
Click and collect: Free

Note: Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order size.
